My History

During the first 17 years of my career I had the opportunity to work as IT business owner.

In 2017 I decide to change.

I shift my career and starts to offer my skills an seek for a project that challenges me and push my abilities to it's limit. I decide to take the longer path, to restart , to fully understand this new way of work.

Actually, I am naturally recognized as a leader. And always looking and open to projects that motivates me, that pull me out from my comfort zone.

All the teams that I worked used to see me as a support and reference for technical issues and knowledge source. I am always available to help and improve output performance. I am specialist in manage stakeholders expectations and alignment.

Throughout my veteran experience in software architecture I have success in all the projects that I worked on. As small company leader I needed to play many different roles, from Owner, Project Manager, also developer.

Going through functional analyst to gather the software requirements; to software architect to define patterns, technologies and infrastructure, and design the global solution. I also act as tech lead, supporting the team, deal with communication and closing gaps. And finally I was also the project manager that orchestrate everything and deal with budget, schedule, team composition and client and business issues.
